he couple with Belgian passports abandoned their baby at the Tel Aviv airport check-in after refusing to pay for the child’s ticket.

The parents traveling from Tel Aviv, Israel to Brussels, left the baby in the car seat at the check-in desk at Ben-Gurion airport.

The airport staff noticed that the baby was left alone was the parents and contacted the police. The police detained the couple and took them into custody for questioning.

“After refusing to pay for one, they left their child in the stroller and walked to passport control, local media reported. Footage shows the little boy being left at the counter of the check-in desks,” The Sun reported.

“We’ve never seen anything like this. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing,” said the manager of the Ryanair desk.

The staff also told N12 that the couple arrived late for their flight.

“The couple arrived late for the flight after the flight’s check-in counters had closed. They left the basket with the baby and wanted to go up to the security check-in Terminal 1 to get to the departure gate.”

The parents wanted to go through security and leave the baby on the conveyor belt.

“According to Ryanair, people traveling with a child can either pay around £25 for a lap seat or can buy a separate seat at a standard adult fare.”

According to The Mirror, “Footage shows shocked check-in workers moving a blanket off a baby car seat to see the very small baby inside.”

Last year, a newborn baby was found in the bin of the plane after landing at the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport in Mauritius.

The incident occurred on New Year’s Day.

According to BBC, “A 20-year-old woman from Madagascar, suspected of having given birth on the flight, was arrested.”

“Airport officers made the discovery when they screened the plane for a routine customs check.”

“They rushed the baby to a public hospital for treatment.”

The suspected woman, who initially denied that the baby was hers, was made to undergo a medical examination that confirmed that she had given birth to the baby.

“She was placed under police surveillance at the hospital.”
