Michael Weatherly is mourning the death of his younger brother Will.
On Saturday the NCIS alum and Bull actor made the heartbreaking announcement on social media that his sibling had died on April 20. He did not give a cause of death
“My younger brother Will Weatherly shed his mortal coil on April 20th, 2023, and now continues his journey through the universe,” Weatherly wrote alongside a photo of the two brothers. “He always liked to travel. As difficult as it is say goodbye- to friends and family- we know there is a smile with his memory. Rest in peace, brother.”

Weatherly received condolences from fans and friends alike, including a message from NCIS co-star, Tess Rutherford.
“Michael, you always had his back. RIP little brother.
Hope you’re dancing with the angels now… pain-free.
” Rutherford wrote.
While the actor has kept his family life private, it is known that he is one of six siblings which includes four half-sisters. On a rare occasion, he posts an old photo of himself and his siblings on social media.
In March he and his sister Leigh embarked on a trip to Thailand.
