My grandma spent all her day at our neighbour’s house. We were annoyed and we didn’t know what she was doing for such a long time there.

So we werer worried about that. And one day I decided to go to our neighbour’s house to see what my granny was doing there and to bring her home.

When I opened the door I was shocked. My grandma and our neighbour who was of her age were sitting in silence and making socks. I immediately understood that it was for soldiers, because the socks were green and black.

I hugged both of them, kissed their hands and left crying.
