My grandma is quite old. She can’t walk and get up on her own, that’s why she has been bedridden for 3 months. My brother and my parents take care of her. I also try to visit her often.

I understand that soon she will pass away and I try to spend much time with her.

But yesterday she wanted me to visit her. I was surprised and worried. I came and gave some water, and I talked to her for a while.

Then she said that she wanted to talk to me privately. I closed the door, sat near her and soon she said.

-Dear, you are my great grandchild. I love you very very much, and I know that you love me too. I understand that I don’t have much time left.
So I have a request for you. I know that your parents will leave the country after my dead. I’m asking you to keep my and your grandpa’s graves clean, don’t let the weeds cover it and turn it into an ownerless grave. That’s my only request, please do it, well?

After these words tears came up to my eyes and I was shocked for a few days. I promised her that I would care about her and my grandpa’s graves and I would do everything to bloom flowers in their graves.
