You won’t believe your ears or your eyes. The voice behind this audition is so out of this world but believe it or not, it comes from a young girl by the name of Georgia. This eleven-year-old’s ‘House-Of-The Rising Sun’ blind audition turns all the judges in seconds.

The Voice has helped music lovers discover so many incredibly talented individuals and given them an opportunity to shine brightly. Not just here in America but worldwide and Germany’s show has an absolutely amazing ‘voice’ audition.

As all four judges are facing away from the stage,a young girl by the name of Georgia is dressed in offwhite ripped overalls, the audience isn’t sure what to think. She looks like a typical tween and then the music begins to play as the first few notes hint that the audience is in for a favorite song.

Next comes Georgia’s voice as she beautifully sings the first lines to ‘House Of The Rising Sun’ by The Animals. The song happens to be a traditional folk song that’s gained popularity all around the world that’s sometimes referred to as, Rising Sun Blues. The song was then recorded in 1964 by a British rock band, ‘The Animals.’ Given the background for the song Georgia chose, it was immediately a big hit with the crowd.

There is a house way down in New Orleans
They call the Rising Sun
And it’s been the ruin of many a poor boy
And God I know I’m one

Within seconds, all four judges vote in favor of Georgia and are absolutely astonished to discover the voice belongs to a sweet, unassuming, tween girl. Not only are the judges impressed and realize she has the gift of singing but her parents can be seen on the side of the stage cheering her on and excited their daughter got votes from all four judges. After her performance, it was posted to YouTube where her audition has gained close to a million views and counting!

Even though this is a traditional folk song, Georgia’s performance reminds us that nothing is impossible with God. He can lift us from the lowest of places and he is the author and perfecter of our days. He can give us comfort at home and when we are performing in front of a live audience.

We hope you enjoyed Georgia’s version of ‘House Of The Rising Sun,’ and it made your day!

Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. Matthew 6:31-32
